Insulation manufacturing experience a plus.3+ years progressive technical experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience in TPM (JIPM) deployment and leadership.Bachelor s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.Develop and communicate clear and measurable performance expectations participate in performance reviews.Monitor, audit and assess progress against the Insulation Operations strategy.Develop strategies and tactics to improve business results through development and execution of TPM efforts across the Insulation Operations network.Develop a clear understanding of all losses at the plant level to identify gap to zero loss across all key measures.

Lead the rapid improvements in Safety, Quality and Performance by using relevant tools and techniques.Support and drive root cause analysis, and measure the effectiveness of corrective actions.Proactively share information that advances organizational goals.Facilitate major plant Initiatives and drive a Zero Injury, Zero Defect, Zero Loss Culture.Facilitate / coordinate training, as needed.Lead, coach, and solicit input from team members to drive successful execution of global, regional and plant goals.Serve as mentor/coach to develop excellence in use of TPM methodologies and change leadership.Implement process to assure effective best practice sharing and accelerate mutual progress.Build support and shared accountability for successful deployment of TPM.Adhere to and continuously improve all safety policies, procedures, and standards.Use TPM methodologies to continue march to zero incidents.Maintain focus on safety in all TPM efforts.Reports to : This position reports directly to the Plant Leader with dotted-line functional reporting relationship to the Division TPM Leader Network and Global Director of TPM for the Insulation Business. The TPM Leader will work closely with plant and functional leaders to drive loss elimination across the TPM pillars. This role is a member of the Plant s Natural Leadership Team (NLT) and is accountable for deploying appropriate TPM methodology and developing improvement programs in the facility, while monitoring and reporting progress. The TPM Leader will drive the successful deployment of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy in the Sedalia Insulation Plant.
